Significant higher use will be charged additionally. • The security deposit for European tenants is € 400 which has to be transferred to our German account. • The security deposit in the US is $ 500.00. It has to be send by check to confirm the reservation. • The indicated rent refers to an occupancy of up to four persons. $ 20.00 will be charged for each additional person per day • At the request of the guest, the pool can be heated with an electric pool heater in addition to the existing solar heating. This will be charged with a fee of $15 per day of use.
